Service Description
A short introductory conversation to understand your home’s story, your project goals, and the direction you envision. This call is purely for alignment and next steps — no design guidance is provided at this stage. You’ll gain clarity on timelines, the path forward, and what to expect from the Design & Restoration Planning phase. It allows us to establish a foundation of clarity and alignment before moving into the more detailed phases of planning.
Cancellation Policy
To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is collected at booking. This deposit secures your date and allows me to begin preparing for your project. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, but you may apply the amount toward a future booking made within 30 days. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment one time at no additional cost if done 48 hours or more before your scheduled time. Rescheduling within 48 hours will require a new deposit to reserve a new date. No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice forfeit their deposit, and any remaining balance becomes immediately due. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited due to the impact on the schedule. Refunds: All deposits and paid balances are non-refundable, as time, preparation, and planning work begin well before the appointment.
