Service Description

This Planning Deposit initiates the formal design and direction phase of your restoration project. It marks the beginning of our work together and establishes the foundation for your home’s transformation. This phase includes: • Detailed on-site walkthrough • Architectural, material, and stylistic direction rooted in the home’s character • Style, palette, and materials guidance • First and second concept drafts • Revisions until final concept approval • Contractor walkthrough coordination • Initial material and fixture selections • Moodboards + concept boards • Project scope outline • Early budget guidance This phase creates the complete vision, direction, and roadmap for your restoration project. Once concepts are approved, clients may choose to move forward into Full-Service Restoration Management, where I oversee and manage the project from start to completion. Payment Structure: Total Fee: $3,000 • $1,500 deposit paid online at booking • Remaining $1,500 is automatically collected through Wix prior to the on-site walkthrough appointment
