Service Description
Full-Service Restoration Management provides complete oversight of your restoration project from contractor onboarding through final installation. This phase ensures that every detail remains aligned with the approved design direction and the home’s architectural integrity. This service includes: • Contractor vetting, onboarding, and coordination • Communication and scheduling across all trades • Site visits and progress oversight • Preservation-led guidance for structural and material decisions • Materials, fixtures, and sourcing support • Craftsmanship and quality control • Timeline and budget tracking • Issue resolution and change-order management • Client advocacy throughout construction • Final walk-through and styling recommendations Investment: 15% of total project cost (Rates may range between 10%–20% depending on scope, complexity, and preservation requirements.)
